Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about the club, the evenings, and how to get in the room. Something missing? Contact us.
- What is Peak Vinyl Club?
- A members-only social club in Colorado Springs. Once a season, we bring the city’s best chefs, drinks, music, and people into one room. 50 members, same community, every season. We’re building toward our own clubhouse — a permanent home for this thing.
- What is season membership?
- You join for a season — $200. $125 of that is your experience credit, which works as an open tab at the evening. Four seasons a year: Spring (Apr–Jun), Summer (Jul–Sep), Fall (Oct–Dec), Winter (Jan–Mar). Each season has one curated tentpole evening. 50 members per season, pre-sold only.
- What do I get when I join?
- A seat at the table with the rest of this community. The tentpole evening: local chefs, curated drinks, music that sets the room, Colorado Springs makers, goodie bags, and a collectible print. Plus a $125 open tab for food and drinks. 50 spots, pre-sold only.
- What is the experience credit?
- $125 of your $200 membership goes straight to your tab. Food and drinks at the evening are on us. Use it or lose it — credits don’t roll over or transfer.
- How do I join?
- Go to the Join page and enroll for the current or upcoming season. Complete the form, pay, and you’re in. We’ll send a welcome email with everything you need. No door sales, no walk-ins. Pre-sold only.
- How much are dues?
- $200/season ($125 open tab included). Voting membership is an upgrade for existing season members; dues are set by the board. Supporting members (businesses and patrons) have separate tiers — see Join → Supporting.
- How do guests work?
- Bring up to 8 friends at $125/guest. Each guest gets the same experience credit and open tab. The best nights are the ones you share. Purchase guest credits when you enroll or before the event.
- What if I miss the tentpole evening?
- Credits are use-it-or-lose-it for the season. If you can’t make it, your credit doesn’t roll over or transfer. We communicate the date well in advance so you can plan around it.
- What is the season calendar?
- Four seasons a year: Spring (Apr–Jun), Summer (Jul–Sep), Fall (Oct–Dec), Winter (Jan–Mar). Each season has one tentpole evening. Founding season is Spring 2026, tentpole in June.
- What’s the club’s status right now?
- We’re preparing for our founding season: Spring 2026, tentpole in June. Enrollment is open. We gather at spaces we find and transform for the evening around the Springs. Long-term, we’re building toward our own clubhouse and club liquor license.
- What kind of evenings do you run?
- One evening a season you clear your calendar for. A curated tentpole featuring Colorado Springs chefs, craft drinks, music that sets the mood, local makers in the room, and the people who make this city interesting. We also spotlight community happenings around the Springs — shows, markets, and local nights worth knowing about.
- Where do you meet?
- At spaces we find and transform for each tentpole evening around Colorado Springs. We’re working toward a permanent clubhouse. The Events page and member emails share locations.
- Do I need to know anything about music or vinyl to join?
- Not at all. Music is part of the atmosphere, not a prerequisite. We care about bringing interesting people together around great food, great drinks, and great evenings. Come as you are.
- What if my membership lapses?
- Seasons are pre-sold individually. If you don’t enroll for a season, you simply miss it. Re-enroll anytime for the next open season from the Join page or your member dashboard.
