About Peak Vinyl Club
A members-only social club in Colorado Springs. Once a season, we close the doors and bring the city to the table—its chefs, its drinks, its music, its people. This is where you come to celebrate what makes the Springs worth living in. Our story & vision · Founders.
Mission
We exist to give Colorado Springs a gathering place worth coming back to. Organized for pleasure, recreation, and fellowship under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, the club operates as a membership-based community centered on music, curated experiences, and real connection. One evening a season, we gather around a theme—chef-driven food, craft drinks, great music, and the people and places that define this city. We celebrate Colorado Springs, promote the people building it, and foster genuine relationships among members. We don't discriminate on the basis of race, color, or religion.
Where we're headed
Founding season: Spring 2026, tentpole evening in June. Four seasons a year—each one a curated evening built for this community. Membership is $200/season/season with a $125 open tab included. 50 spots per season, pre-sold only. Long-term, we're building toward our own clubhouse: an intimate, member-owned space in Colorado Springs where the door is always open for the people who built it. In Colorado, a 501(c)(7) can hold a club liquor license and serve members directly. That's the long game.
Governance
The club is member-owned and governed by a board of directors. All dues are reinvested into the club—no part of net earnings goes to any private individual. The board and staff steward the club on behalf of the membership.
Legal
Peak Vinyl Club is a Colorado nonprofit corporation organized as a 501(c)(7) social club. We have an EIN, voting members, a board of directors, and bylaws. Our formation documents are on file with the Colorado Secretary of State. Form 1024 for formal IRS determination of exemption has not yet been filed.
Reciprocity
We aim to establish reciprocal privileges with other social clubs in cities like Denver, Austin, and beyond—so members can experience great rooms when they travel. Details will be shared as partnerships develop.
